Welcome to Merry Beach House

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Merry Beach House.

BOOKINGS

1. The minimum deposit payable at the time of booking is 20%.

2. Once you have made a booking you have entered into a contract with Merry Beach House.

3. Guests agree to leave the house and surrounds in sound, clean and tidy condition. If the house is found to be excessively dirty, the guests accept they will be charged an excess cleaning fee of $50 per hour.

4. All guests are liable for any loss or damages to the house. All damages, breakages or losses to the property, including furniture and furnishings, are to be reported and paid for by the guest. Any faults or breakages discovered by the guests must be reported within one (1) hour of arrival or we may consider damages to be the responsibility of the guest.

5. Guests must ensure that all garbage and recycling is securely wrapped and placed in the appropriate waste receptacle.

6. If the BBQ is used it must be cleaned otherwise a $100 cleaning fee will be charged.

FEES AND CHARGES

7. Payment for the total period of stay must be made prior to arrival.

8. Payment must be made by cash or credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

9. Fees are non-refundable on or after arrival.

10. Our Cancellation Policy for all bookings is:

• 14 days or more to arrival date, full refund

• 7 days prior to arrival date, forfeit of deposit

• 6 days or less to arrival, no refund given.

CHILDREN

11. Children must be always supervised by a parent or guardian.

12. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed on the top bunk

NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR

13. No parties or events allowed.

14. No smoking in the house.

GENERAL

DISCLAIMER: Owners and / or Management assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of any kind. We reserve the right to select our clientele and guests. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) for detrimental conduct or failure to abide by our rules.
